1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one active account on nb8800. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected that belong to the same individual, nb8800 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any pending bets or bonus balances, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any other person. nb8800 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

nb8800 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any point we deem necessary, we may request that you submit identity documents including a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

nb8800 currently supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your nb8800 wallet instantly in most cases, subject to confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers may take up to two banking business days to reflect. nb8800 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which nb8800 bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. The average processing time to bKash or Nagad accounts is 5 to 15 minutes from approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. nb8800 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

For fraud prevention purposes, nb8800 requires that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or another verified method associated with the same verified account holder. Third-party withdrawals — sending funds to a payment method not in the name of the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. nb8800 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 12 months of inactivity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published at the time the promotion is made available. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x), which means the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount, as specified) must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is detected, nb8800 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from it, and close the account without notice.

5.4 Changes to Promotions

nb8800 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Ongoing promotions may be subject to change; any changes will be communicated via the Platform or registered contact details where reasonably practicable.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

Where reconstruction is not possible, nb8800 may void the affected round and refund the stake to the player's wallet. nb8800 is not liable for losses caused by player-side technical failures, including internet disconnections.

6.4 Sports Betting

nb8800's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nb8800 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform.

10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Closure by User

You may close your nb8800 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, we will process any pending withdrawal of the available real-money balance (subject to KYC requirements) and close the account. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

10.2 Closure by nb8800

nb8800 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if it believes that a user has: breached any provision of these Terms; provided false information during registration; engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users. In cases of confirmed fraud, balances may be forfeited.

10.3 Survival of Terms

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — will continue to apply after account closure.
